《動物科學雜志》(《動物科學與技術》的續刊)是日本動物科學學會(JSAS)的官方期刊，以英文發表動物和家禽科學各領域的原創研究論文(全文和快速交流):遺傳學與育種、遺傳工程、生殖、胚胎操作、營養、飼料與飼養、生理學、解剖學、環境與行為、動物產品(牛奶、肉類、蛋類及其副產品)及其加工、畜牧業經濟學。動物科學雜志將邀請評論文章與編輯協商。對動物科學感興趣的人都可以投稿。

Animal Science Journal (a continuation of Animal Science and Technology) is the official journal of the Japanese Society of Animal Science (JSAS) and publishes Original Research Articles (full papers and rapid communications) in English in all fields of animal and poultry science: genetics and breeding, genetic engineering, reproduction, embryo manipulation, nutrition, feeds and feeding, physiology, anatomy, environment and behavior, animal products (milk, meat, eggs and their by-products) and their processing, and livestock economics. Animal Science Journal will invite Review Articles in consultations with Editors. Submission to the Journal is open to those who are interested in animal science.
